Because MP3 is a compression format, you will be losing some of the quality of the sound. Our CDs contain a wide range of high and low frequencies that will be eliminated with this format, so we do recommend for the full effect to also purchase the CD versions. This is particularly important if you are doing deep spiritual work with the soundscapes.
